Ok my question is, can you turn off the speach when the call is comeing in because with it on the ring tone skips. I was just wondering. Thanks so much

Ok, I don't know if this helps, but with my phone which is a pantech duo, you go to the start menu, and go to mobile speak smart phone. You then go to phone settings and go down until it says speak caller id out loud, and uncheck that check box by pressing the space bar. I hope this helps!!

you must have a newer version than me because the only thing is says is turn off speach during a call. Some other stuff but nothing aboue caller id. Um do we have to get updates for this or anything?

I'm not sure, I think that updates should be free. What company do you have as a cell service? Maybe try calling the disabilities department and asking them. You can also e mail code factory I'm not sure of the exact address, but the web site is codefactory.es. You can't call them because they're located in spain. Sorry I couldn't help more

hmmmmmmm... well I'm not sure, since I've never done it. I'll try it and let you know if it does it for me. It may have something to do with a setting on the phone rather than one with mobile speak.

hey, your not doing anything wrong its currently not possible to take it off totally. on some phones it does make the ring tone go a bit odd.
